General terms and conditions of sale
1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTCS") govern the sale of sports coaching, physical preparation, yoga and pilates services offered by Phil's Class, a business operated by Philippe Riedemann, sole trader.

2. Purpose
The purpose of the GTCS is to define the conditions under which Phil's Class offers and sells packages of sports coaching, physical preparation, yoga and pilates sessions, at home, outdoors or online.
3. Description of the services
Phil's Class offers:
- •Personalised sports coaching and physical preparation sessions (at home, outdoors or online)
- •Yoga and pilates sessions (individuals and companies, at home or online)
- •Packages under the Premium formula (sports coaching, physical preparation, yoga & pilates combined)
- •Corporate sessions for the health and well-being of your teams
Access to an online tracking platform is provided to review programmes, sessions and progress.
4. Prices
Package prices are stated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included). At-home packages qualify for the personal services tax credit (50%), halving the real cost.
Phil's Class reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in force at the time the order is validated.
5. Payment methods
Payment is made online via the secure Stripe platform.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- •Credit or debit card
- •PayPal
- •Payment in instalments via Klarna or PayPal (depending on eligibility)
Validating payment constitutes order confirmation.
6. Access to the platform
Access to the tracking platform is granted after payment is validated.
Login details are strictly personal. Any unauthorised distribution or sharing of content is prohibited.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the client has a 14-day withdrawal period from the validation of the order.
This right no longer applies if the sessions have started with the client's express agreement before this period ends.
8. Refund policy
Once sessions have started, packages are not automatically refunded. Unused sessions remain valid for the duration of the package.
In the event of a serious difficulty or a particular situation (injury, force majeure, etc.), the client may contact Phil's Class. Every request will be reviewed case by case, in a spirit of dialogue and goodwill.
9. Liability
Phil's Class undertakes to provide quality coaching services that match the description of the packages.
The client remains solely responsible for how they use the advice and practices taught. Consulting a doctor before starting any sports programme is recommended. The services are not a substitute for medical or therapeutic advice.
10. Intellectual property
All content (videos, texts, materials, brands, logos) is protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, distribution or unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
11. Personal data
The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site.
12. Governing law
These GTCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
