Refund policy

The services offered by Phil's Class include packages of sports coaching, physical preparation, yoga and pilates sessions, at home, outdoors or online.

Before any purchase, all essential information (type of service, terms, prices, service area) is presented clearly so you can make an informed choice.

The client has a 14-day withdrawal period from the validation of the order, unless the sessions have started with their express agreement before this period ends.

Once sessions have started, packages are not automatically refunded. Unused sessions remain valid for the duration of the package.

However, if a serious difficulty or a particular situation arises (injury, force majeure, etc.), we invite you to contact us. Every request will be reviewed carefully, in a spirit of dialogue and goodwill.

In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal applies under the conditions set out above.
