Types of Transfer

  • Domestic to domestic flight
  • Domestic to international flight
  • International to domestic flight
  • International to international flight

 

  • DOMESTIC – DOMESTIC 

Passengers arriving on a domestic flight and continuing their journey on a subsequent domestic flight, check-in for the connecting flight at the domestic transfer check-in counter. 

  • DOMESTIC – INTERNATIONAL

Passengers arriving on a domestic flight and continuing their journey on an international flight are awaited and given the necessary instruction by the Welcome service. 

  • INTERNATIONAL – DOMESTIC

Passengers arriving on an international flight are awaited at the transfer counter and directed, if required, to collect their baggage, to pass the passport and Customs control and then to check-in at the domestic check-in counter.  

  • INTERNATIONAL – INTERNATIONAL

Having arrived on an international flight, passengers are directed to the transfer counter where their documents (visa, vaccination certificate – if required) are checked, flight coupons detached, and boarding passes distributed.  

Passengers waiting for the continuation of their journey in town shall pass the passport and Customs control, be given the corresponding voucher (hotel accommodation, meals) and provided transportation (airport-hotel-airport).  

 

Absorption of Expenses  

The expenses of a through checked-in passenger for hotel accommodation, meals, ground transportation may be absorbed by one or more carrier concerned at connecting points between the flight of one or more carriers, provided the passenger before arrival at such connecting point is ticketed onward from such point, whether on a confirmed or requested basis, or holds confirmed space onward from such point.
